Each member will be sent an email invoice monthly (invoice issued on the same day of month purchased. If you start on the 1st of the month, your payment is due every 1st of the month). It is the client's responsibility to pay dues within the week of sent invoice.
Option to sign up for auto pay through the invoice payment process to avoid any delay in payment.
If payment is not made, member will be unable to make an appointment until dues are paid in full.

Your appointments are important to the artists of Wink Eye Bar. It is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore, we respectfully inform you that our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Kindly review our cancellation information below before scheduling an appointment. By booking with Wink Eye Bar you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy. We appreciate your business and hope you have a positive experience with us.
At peak times in the year, it may be difficult get an appointment. To guarantee availability please book your appointments in advance.
Clients coming from another establishment; please note: based on the state of your current lash set or eye condition, you may be subject to a new set fee.
We are more than happy to adjust the design of your existing look, but in order to complete the transition the proper time allotment needs to be scheduled prior to your confirmed appointment . An additional fee will be discussed with your lash artist prior to application if necessary.
A R R I V A L
Please arrive 5-15 minutes early for your treatment. This will give you plenty of time to check in, use the restroom , and fill out any necessary forms . Arriving late will go into your precious treatment time, and will finish on time as a courtesy to our next guest arrival.
C A N C E L L A T I O N
Our cancellation policy is 24 hour prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If you do not call prior to your appointment time to cancel, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with clients on a waiting list. If we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following occurs.
Clients who miss their appointment without prior notification, (no show) will be charged half of their treatment cost.

Although we do our best to anticipate your needs, we appreciate that our business is a very individual experience. Please let your artist know if there is any way to improve your comfort. If there is a reaction, discomfort or major lash fall out within the first 5 days, it is your responsibility to call and inform Wink Eye Bar. In the event that this is the case, we will have you come back for a complimentary fix. Please note, we do not issue refunds on lash extension sets. Please understand that there is a natural lash shed of 2-5 lashes per day between both eyes. In order to keep your lashes looking lush and full, please book your lash fills in advance or once every 2-3 weeks.
